It is April 1, 2019. If you are on this page, you probably know that MCA-I, the Media Communications Association – International, no longer exists and neither do these chapters. As of today, there is only one live link remaining, that of the Milwaukee chapter, and it forwards to an entirely different organization, MCMP. I’m guessing MCMP was founded by former MCA-I Milwaukee members.
The site you’re on, mcainy.org, was once that of the New York chapter, and is possibly the only remaining online repository of the once vibrant ITVA / MCA-I community of media professionals.
I have on occasion thought about deleting this table of mostly dead links, but then I remember that mcainy.org is, after all, an archive. So for now at least, I continue to maintain it, unlinking the broken URLs and leaving them for your nostalgic perusal.
